- 通过研究辽宁省海州露天矿排土场恢复措施对土壤微生物数量特征的影响,分析了土壤微生物的数量分布、组成及主要生理类群的数量特征。结果表明:微生物总量为人工林地>天然草地>工程复垦地>荒裸地,3种林地中,榆树林地高于刺槐和紫穗槐林地;在微生物组成中,真菌数量最低,不足微生物总量的1%,细菌和放线菌所占的比例相当;在0~10 cm土层,三种林地为放线菌占优势,其它恢复措施地为细菌占优势,随着土壤深度的加深放线菌比例略有提高;荒裸地的生理类群数量显著低于修复地(P<0.05),氨化细菌在0~10 cm土层为紫穗槐林地最高,在10~20 cm土层为刺槐林地最高,好气性自生固氮菌数量为刺槐林地最高,好气性纤维素分解菌为天然草地中最高;各类微生物的垂直分布表现为0~10 cm高于10~20 cm。修复地能明显提高排土场土壤微生物数量和主要生理类群的数量,在各修复地中具体表现为人工林地>天然草地>工程复垦地。
- Abstract:
- An investigation was made on soil microbial quantity characteristics in Haizhou opencast coal mine dump of Liaoning.The quantity distribution of soil microbe,microbial composition and quantitative characteristics of the main microbial physiological groups were studied.The results showed that the order of microbe quantity was planted forests land>natural grassland>engineering reclamation land>bare land,and the microbial number was higher in Ulmus pumila soils than in Robinia pseudoacacia?and Amorpha fruticosasoils.Among soil microbes,the quantity of fungi was the lowest with accounting for less than 1%,and the percentage of bacteria and the percentage of actinomycetes were almost equal.In the 0~10 cm soil layer,actinomycetes were dominant in planted forests land,while bacteria was dominant in other plots.The percentage of actinomycete increased with the increase of soil depth.The quantities of the main microbial physiological groups were significantly lower in bare land than in restoration land(P<0.05).The number of ammonifiers was the highest in Amorpha fruticosa land at 0~10 cm layer,while it was the highest in Robinia pseudoacacia?land at 10~20 cm layer.The number of aerobe azotobacteria was the highest in Robinia pseudoacacialand and the number of cellulose-decomposing bacteria was the highest in natural grassland.For the vertical distribution,the microbial quantities and microbial physiological groups were higher in 0~10 cm layers than in 10~20 cm layers.It was concluded that ecological restoration could significantly improve soil microbe quantities and main microbial physiological groups’ quantities.The relation among restoration lands was planted forests land>natural grassland>engineering reclamation land.
