- 通过人工盆栽接种试验,对41份向日葵资源进行了抗列当鉴定。结果表明:供试材料对列当表现免疫的有24份,高抗材料4份,抗性材料6份,易感材料6份,高感材料1份。由试验得出:杂交种的抗性明显强于常规品种;油用向日葵资源的抗性要强于食用向日葵资源;具有国外亲缘关系的材料抗性大多强于本地材料;食用向日葵常规品种及农家种中没有对列当免疫的材料。
- Abstract:
- Through pot experiment by artificial inoculation,the resistance to Orobanche of 41 sunflower resources were identified.The results showed that 24 materials were immune to Orobanche,4 materials were high-resistant resources,6 materials were resistant resources,6 materials were susceptible resources and 1 was high-susceptible resource.It could be concluded that:hybrids resistance were prior to conventional varieties.Oil resources were prior to confectionery resources.Foreign genetic resources were prior to local resources.There was no immune resource among conventional varieties and farmers confectionery sunflower species.
