- 通过对我国优质蛋白玉米的栽培技术及加工利用方面的相关资料的阅读与研究,系统地总结了我国近年来在优质蛋白玉米栽培方面所取得的成功经验,为指导优质蛋白玉米生产提供一定的理论依据。同时,对优质蛋白玉米的加工做了简要评述。
- Abstract:
- Successful experience on cultivation of quality protein maize was systematically summarized after reading and researching the correlative data of cultivation technique and processing use of quality protein maize.It is hoped that it may provide certain theory basis for the instruction high quality protein corn production. At the same time the brief narration on the high quality protein corn’s processing was made.
