大豆新品系抗大豆蚜虫筛选与鉴定研究

- 在大豆生产田无人工干预的情况下,依靠大豆蚜虫的自然发生、消长与危害,调查大豆叶部蚜虫群体数量,在370份黑龙江省大豆新品系中筛选鉴定出高抗大豆蚜虫的材料77份,抗大豆蚜虫的材料64份。高感蚜虫和感蚜材料192份,田间不同品系抗感蚜虫差异明显,蚜虫对不同材料选择性较大,建议生产中可选择种植抗蚜材料,以减轻大豆蚜虫的危害。
- Abstract:
- In the soybean production fields, the auther investigated the population quantity of soybean aphid on the leaves of soybean without article interference under the nature occurance, decrease and increase, and harm of soybean aphid. The results showed that there were 77 materials which were high resistant to soybean aphid and 64 materials which were resistant to soybean aphid. There were 192 materials which were high susceptible and susceptible to soybean aphid. The differences among different lins were observed. The selectivity of soybean aphid to different materials was great. The author suggested planting resistance materials to decrease the destroy of soybean aphid in production.
