- 根据亚麻枯萎病病原菌形态特征和致病性等特点,鉴定亚麻枯萎病病原菌为Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lini。通过供试的13种杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝的抑制效果研究表明:对亚麻枯萎病病原菌菌丝生长有较强抑制效果的杀菌剂有枯萎灵、代森锰锌,其抑菌率均为100%,其次为多菌灵抑菌率为86.3%,爱苗抑菌率为83.8%,根腐宁抑菌率为82.5%。
- Abstract:
- According to the configuration characters of flax blight and character of pathogenicity,flax blight was examined ?Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lini.The restraining effect of thirteen germicides on mycelium showed:the effect was 100% for 30%Carbendazim?thiram WP and mancozeb,followed by carbendazimthe effect was 86.3%,Armure 300ECthe effect was 83.8% and Fenaminosulfthe effect was 82.5%.
