- 以2龄小菜蛾幼虫为试虫,研究了NaH2PO4、CuSO4、Success、硼酸、柠檬酸、阿维菌素6种助剂对Bt 20的增效作用。结果表明:Success对Bt 20的增效效果最好。小菜蛾在第2天的校正死亡率达到42.2%~95.6%,第3天的校正死亡率达到48.9%~100.0%,第4天校正死亡率达到50.2%~100.0%。
- Abstract:
- Taking the 2nd instar Plutella xylostella larvae as experimental worm,the synergism of six potentiatorsNaH2PO4,CuSO4,Success,Boric acid,Citric acid,Abamatinon Bt 20 was studied.The results showed that Success had the best synergism effect on Bt 20.The corrected mortality to Plutella xylostella reached to 42.2%~95.6% on the second day,the third day’s corrected mortality reached to 48.9%~100%,and the fourth day’s corrected mortality could reach to 50.2%~100%.
