- 把6个品种分别种植在6个不同地点,对各品种在不同生态条件下的淀粉粘度和稳定性进行分析。结果表明:克新12和中大1号的淀粉粘度较高,且稳定性好;早熟品种东农303和尤金淀粉粘度较低,且稳定性较差。
- Abstract:
- The six varieties were planted in six different locations,the analysis of starch viscosity and the stability on various varieties under the different ecological condition’s were carried out.The result showed that Kexin 12 and Zhongda No.1 indicated highest starch viscosity,and high stability,Dongnong303 and Youji indicated lowest starch viscosity,and poor stability.
