- 房地产是统筹城乡发展十分重要的基础设施。 房地产开发在农村由散、乱、脏的传统聚落向社会主义新农村社区转变过程中发挥重要作用是一个极为现实和敏感的课题。 研究认为:房地产业可以在促进社会主义新农村建设、建立可持续发展的住宅供应体系、改变农村聚落散、乱、脏的局面等方面发挥积极作用。 探索房地产开发与统筹城乡发展, 对中国有极大的理论和应用价值。
- Abstract:
- Real estate is the very important infrastructure in urban-rural integrated development.The real estate developmenthas an important role in the transition from traditional rural resettlement to socialism new countryside community.It has aneffective role in the new countryside development, sustainable dwelling house supply system and changing the scattered, dis-ordered and dirty rural resettlement.The exploration has some theoretical and applicable value between real estate develop-ment and urban-rural integrated development.
