- 摘要:研究了 300 μg·g -1 的 PEG(聚乙二醇)、pH 为 8 的 NaOH 溶液、300 μg·g -1 IAA(吲哚乙酸)和 300μg·g -1 GA 3 (赤霉素)4种药剂对2 种基因型羊草种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。 结果表明:(1)PEG、赤霉素 GA 3 和 NaOH 溶液 3 种药剂均可提高羊草的发芽率, 吲哚乙酸处理后发芽率低于对照, 其中 GA 3 处理后芽率增加最大, 均达到显著水平;(2)赤霉素 GA 3 处理后羊草种子萌发速率最高, 分别为 0.345个·d-1 和 0.467个·d -1 , 羊草发芽主要集中在发芽的 5~ 15 d;(3)4种药剂处理均可促进羊草幼苗的生长, 抑制根部发育, 其中赤霉素 GA 3 的促进作用最明显, NaOH 溶液的抑制作用最大。

- Abstract:In this paper, the effect of four medicamentsonthe seedgermination and the seedling growth of two genotypes Ley-muschinensis was studied.Four medicaments were PEG, NaOH, IAA and GA 3 .The result showed that:(1)PEG, GA 3 andNaOH increased the seedgermination of Leymuschinensis.IAA decreased the seedgermination of Leymuschinensis comparedwith Leymuschinensis that was not treated with medicaments.Among them, the crease quantity of the seed germination ofLeymuschinensis treated withGA 3 was the highest.It has reached notable lever.(2)The seeds of Leymus chinensis treatedwithGA 3 was the highest in sprout speed.They were 0.345 unitper day and 0.467unit per day.The peak of the seed germina-tion of Leymuschinensis concentratedon the former 5to 15day.(3)Four medicamentsacceleratedthe seedling growth of Ley-muschinensis but restrained the development of the root,in which GA 3 was the most outstanding in accelerating the seedlinggrowth of Leymuschinensis.The negative effect of NaOH on the seedling growth of Leymuschinensis was the highest.
