- 摘要:将正常亚麻酸含量的品种合丰 25与亚麻酸含量仅为 3%的突变品系 C-14杂交, 利用亲本以及杂交后代群体进行5 种脂肪酸含量与各农艺性状进行相关分析。 结果表明:可以通过农艺性状分析间接筛选出优良脂肪酸组成的稳定大豆品系。

- Abstract:The parents and progeny segregating from a cross between Hefeng 25, a soybean cultivar with regular linoleniccontent, and C-14, a soybean mutant line with only 3%linolenic acid, were used to study soybean fatty acid inheritance andthe correlation between five fatty acidcontent and the main agronomic traits wasanalyzed.The resultsindicated that the sta-ble lines for high quality fatty acid composition might be indirectly identified by agronomic traits analysis in low generation.
