- 摘要:按 NCⅡ设计的原理和方法, 对从黑龙江省农家种选育的 11个一环系的穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、秃尖长度、百粒重、出籽率、单株粒重等8个产量性状做配合力分析。结果表明:被测系各性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达极显著水平, 且一般配合力效应值均大于特殊配合力效应值;木兰白头霜等 5个一环系的综合性状较优, 可在育种中直接利用;而青冈牛尾黄等 6个一环系的部分性状较优, 可作为玉米育种的基础材料加以改良利用。

- Abstract:General combining ability and special combining ability of 8characters of first circle lines from local maize varietiesin Heilongjiang were studied by NC-Ⅱdesign and method, including ear diameter, rows per ear, line grains, bald length, 100-grain weight, seed rate, seed weight per plant, etc.The result showed that there were significant differences between esti-mates of GCA and SCA,GCA variance of their most character was bicker than SCA .General characters of five first circlelines suchas Magnolia White-headed were better, whichcould be utilized directly in breeding, andpartialcharacter of six firstcircle lines such as Qinggangniuweihuang were better, which could be utilized as basic material after improved.
