- 对厌氧发酵过程中不同温度条件下产甲烷微生物菌群的发酵性能进行研究结果表明:在 10~ 35℃区间, 甲烷菌的产气能力随着温度的升高而增强, 甲烷含量也随之增高。10~ 20℃区间因不适合产甲烷菌的生长而影响产气量, 25~ 30℃区间适合产甲烷菌群的生长, 为产气量较为理想。 通过对产甲烷菌群活性影响因子的 pH 研究表明:沼气发酵菌群适宜生长的 pH 为 6.8~ 7.5。
- Abstract:
- In this paper, the effects on the biogas production of methanogenic flora in different temperatures during fermenta-tion process were studied.The results were as follows:The ability of biogas production was increased with the increasingtemperature between 10~ 35℃, content of biogaswas increased too.The temperaturesbetween 10~ 20℃ were not only un-fitted for the methanogen growing, but for the biogas production.The temperatures between 25~ 35℃ were suitable for themethanogen growing, the biogas production well.And the pH of biogas fermentation broth wasalso determined, the flora ap-propriated pH value of methanogen microbes was between 6.8~ 7.5.
