- 摘要:研究了山麦冬嫩叶愈伤组织诱导和分化、不定芽的分化和生根、试管苗移栽和移植所需要的条件, 建立起山麦冬嫩叶的无性系技术。结果证明:MS+6-BA0.4 mg·L -1 +NAA 1.0 mg·L -1 +2, 4-D 1.5 mg·L -1 是嫩叶愈伤组织诱导的理想培养基;1/ 2MS+AgNO 3 1.2 mg·L -1 +BA0.5 mg·L -1 +NAA0.1 mg·L -1 是诱导愈伤组织和不定芽分化的理想培养基;1/ 2MS+ IAA0.2 mg·L -1 +NAA0.1 mg·L -1 是不定芽生根培养理想培养基;移植的试管苗生长旺盛、根系发达,其他生物性状保持不变。
- Abstract:
- The conditions needed in callus induction, differentiation of axillary bud, cutting and transplantation Liriopespica-tahad been studied, its regenerative clone and rapidpropagation line were established.The results showed that the best medi-um for callusinduction was MS+6-BA0.4 mg L -1 +NAA 1.0mg L -1 +2, 4-D 1.5 mg L -1 .The best media for differentiationwas 1/ 2MS+AgNO 3 1.2 mg·L -1 +BA0.5 mg·L -1 +NAA0.1 mg·L -1 , 1/ 2MS+IAA0.2 mg·L -1 +NAA0.1 mg·L -1 wassuitable for rooting, regeneration.With cinder used as seeding matrixs.Field planting showed that the tube spout grew wellwith roots flourishing and kept all biological character.
