- 用生长速率测定法以红景天立枯病菌(Rhizoctoniasolani Kuhn)为供试靶标, 对8 种有毒植物的 20种不同粗提取物进行了抑菌活性测定。 结果表明:在0.2 mg·mL -1 浓度下, 藜芦碱(1)的抑制率最高为91.67%, 其次藜芦碱(2)、藜芦(非生物碱)、曼陀罗(石油醚)、延胡索(生物碱)、雷公藤(其它成分)5种供试药剂的抑制率也都超过了80%。 说明本研究中的这 6种药剂对红景天立枯病菌具有一定的生物活性。
- Abstract:
- Using Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn as the trail target and the growth rates method to test the antifungal activity that20kindsof different crude extract from 8kinds of poisonous plants.The results showed that:at the concentration of 0.2 mg·mL -1 , veratrine(1)had the highest inhibitory rate 91.67%, the inhibitory rate were more than 80%were veratrine(2), Ve-ratrum(un-alkaloid), stramonium(petroleumether), corydalis(alkaloid), and tripterygium(other ingredients).The 6 kinds ofpharmacy in this study have some biological activity .
