- 采用大岩桐叶片、叶柄为外植体, 进行了组织培养研究。经试验得出最佳培养基配方。(1)诱导愈伤组织的培养基:MS+6-BA2 mg ·L-1 +NAA0.3 mg·L-1 ;(2)芽分化培养基:MS +KT2.5 mg ·L-1 +NAAl.9 mg·L-1 + GA31.0 mg ·L-1 ;(3)增殖培养基:MS+KT2 .0 mg·L-1 +NAA0.2 mg ·L-1 +GA31.0 mg·L-1 ;(4)生根培养基:1/ 2MS +NAA0.2 mg ·L-1 +蔗糖2 %。
- Abstract:
- Taking the common gloxiniaa leaf blade and the leafstalk as explants to conduct the tissue culture research .Afterthe experiment, we obtained the optimal culture medium fo rmula as follows :(1)Callus induced by the medium:MS+6-BA 2mg·L-1 +NAA0.3 mg·L-1 ;(2)Bud differentiation culture medium:MS +KT2.5 mg ·L-1 +NAAl.9 mg ·L-1 + GA3 1.0mg·L-1 ;(3)Multiplication culture medium :MS +KT2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA0.2 mg ·L-1 +GA3 1.0 mg ·L-1 ;(4)Takes rootthe culture medium :1/ 2MS+NAA0.2 mg·L-1 +surose 2%.
