- 近些年来玉米组织培养技术发展十分迅速, 玉米组织培养技术作为一种新型的科研技术, 越来越受到人们的重视。浅谈植物组织培养技术的基本原理、意义及面临的一些问题, 综述了玉米子房和幼胚系统的组织培养研究、玉米茎尖和根尖离体培养研究和玉米花粉和花药培养研究。
- Abstract:
- Tissue culture of maize has develo ped rapidly in recent years.Tissue culture of maize, as a new technology of scienceresearch ,is attracting increasing attention.It was referred to the following aspects in this paper :Firstly , the principle and significanceof tissue culture, and the problems during tissue culture were described simply ;Secondly , tissue culture of maize ovaryand young embryo system research , culture in vitro of maize stem tip and root tip research, tissue culture of maize pollenand anther research were summarized .
