- 为了提取米糠和豆粕中的植酸并测定其含量, 采用阴离子交换树脂提取植酸, 测铁分光光度法测定植酸含量。结果表明, 影响提取率的主要因素有提取时间、提取温度、树脂类型及分离时的流速。通过正交试验确定了最佳的提取、分离工艺:提取温度45℃、提取时间3 h、D201 大孔阴离子交换树脂、流速1 mL·min-1 , 测得米糠中提取植酸含量为70.39 mg·g-1 , 豆粕中提取植酸含量为21.14 mg·g-1 。该提取方法提取率高, 测定方法操作简单、准确度较高, 适用于农副产品中植酸的提取及含量的定量测定。
- Abstract:
- Anion exchange resin was used to extract phytic acid and measure iron pectrophotometric method was adopted todetermine phytic acid concentration.The results showed that:Extraction time, extractio n temperature, resin type and flowrate were main influencing factors.The optimal craft were that ex traction temperature was 45 ℃, ex traction time was 3 h,D201 anion exchange resin was adapted to disassociation, flow rate was 1 mL per min.Phy tic acid content were 70.39mg·g-1 and 21.14 mg·g-1 by the method in the rice and bean pulp respectively .It could be concluded that theext raction method w as ef fective and the assay method was simple ,accurate , they w ere adapt to extractionand determine the phy tic acid in the agriculture by-product .
