- Abstract:
- Based on the MS medium , the effect of o rg anic compositions(except sug ar)and illumination hours on the tube plantletrapid propagation was studied.The results showed that lacking for organic compositions(except sugar)had no significantinfluence on the grow th of the plantlets , and illumination hours affected not only the organ fo rmation but also the growth ofthe tube plantlets.It was better no t to below 16 hours per day .
