- 随着消费者生活水平的提高和粮食产品安全问题的凸现, 建立粮食产品安全追溯制度, 实现食品安全的可追溯性已经成为研究制定食品安全政策的关键因素之一。因为, 文章着重针对当前我国粮食食品安全现状, 食品链的建立及国际上常用的可追溯体系进行探讨, 以期为我国粮食产品质量安全带来信息保证。

- With the rapid dev elo pment of cereal pro ce ssing industry in China, safety of cereal foods has been givingmor e and mo re prominence these y ears .And the cer ea l traceability system has bee n the mo st key to constitute thepo licy of safety .This pape r summa rized present sta tus of safety of cereal fo ods, the foo d chain, the system o f international criterion to pr ovid reference fo r o ur co unt ry cereal processing .
