- 以京亚和京秀两个葡萄品种为试材, 以膨大素处理葡萄果实, 结果表明:以花后15 d、浓度10 mg ·kg -1 的效果为最好。京亚和京秀两个品种座果率增加16 .8%和10.3 %;单果质量增加36.7 %和28 .7 %;穗重增加47.9 %和25 .7 %;果形指数减少0 .036 和0 .048 。果实中可溶性糖、有机酸和维生素C 含量略有下降, 增加果实的糖酸比。果实前期赤霉素含量增加, 增加了果实的座果率;脱落酸含量的提高促进了代谢库细胞对同化物的吸收。

- Took two grape va rietie s Jingy a’and Jing xiu’as materials , the experiment o f g rape fruits t reated byswelling agent wa s conducted.The results w ere as follow s:The best t reatment of swelling ag ent w as 10 mg ·kg -1and 15 day s af te r blo om .The ave rage fruit-setting rate o f Jingy a’and Jingx iu’increased 16 .8 % and 10 .3 %, respectively.The averag e single cher ry w eig ht increased 36.7 % and 28.7 %, respectiv ely .The cluster w eig ht increased47 .9 % and 25 .7 %, respectiv ely .The ave rage f ruit shape index decreased 0 .036 and 0.048, respectively .Thetrea tments of swe lling age nt reduce the solvable co ntent , acid content and vitamin C content , increase sug ar acidra tio , the quality of fr uit had no ver y big effect .The treatments o f swelling ag ent increased GA co ntent in ear lystages of f ruit thus increa sed fruit-setting rate .The inc reasing of ABA co ntent wa s g oo d to the abso rptio n of assimilation products in metabolic pool cell.
