摘要:
选择了12 个不同基因型的结球甘蓝自交系, 采用盆栽的试验方法, 在三种施氮水平下, 研究它们的氮素效率差异与产生差异的形态学和生理生化的相关性, 结果表明:结球甘蓝自交系在各生育时期的根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性、叶面积与氮效率相关系数较大, 多数都达到显著或极显著水平, 因此, 从本试验的结果看, 根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性、叶面积可以作为结球甘蓝自交系氮效率的鉴定评价指标。
Abstract:
Pot ex periment with 12 cabbage inbred lines w as conducted to study cor rela tion betw ee n relative charactersand Nitro gen efficiency at 3 N lev els .The results showed the relative coefficients be tw een N efficiency and thero ot activ ity , leaf a rea and RNA at each g row th stage w ere hig he r .The co rrelations of mo st o f them w ere sig nificantat P0.05 o r P0.01 level.Acco rding to the re sults, the ro ot activity , leaf area and RNA co uld become identificatio nindex es of N efficiency of cabbag e inbred lines .
