- 通过几种抑菌剂的筛选、药剂浓度试验、药剂混合使用试验, 筛选出了一种混剂能有效控制MS 培养基中杂菌药剂, 使马铃薯脱毒苗扩繁过程省时、消耗少、提高扩繁工作效率。
- Abstract:
- After seve ral kinds of bacteriostats screening , concent ratio n e xperiment , a kind of admix ture that co uldeffectively contro l fungi and bacteria of MS culture medium w as screened, which could make the process of virusfreetube po tato plantle ts pro creatio n save time , consumpe less and impr ove the efficiency of w o rk .
