- 以丰香草莓脱毒试管苗为试材, 研究IAA 、IBA 生根效应及瓶内、瓶外生根的移栽成活率的影响。结果表明:在生根培养基中加0.5 mg ·L-1 IAA 和0 .1 mg ·L-1 IBA 的效果较好。在瓶内、瓶外生根对比试验中, 瓶内生根移栽成活率为97.4%~ 100 %, 而瓶外生根移栽成活率为77.8%。
- Abstract:
- This pape r dealed w ith the ro oting culture of str awber ry virus-free plants , resea rch the effects o f diffe rentcombinatio ns o f IAA and IBA on the transplant surv iv al r ate of the ex vitro and in v itr o roo ting .The resultsindica ted that the ro oting medium containing IAA 0 .5 mg·L-1 and IBA 0.1 mg ·L-1 was favo rable to r oo t .Fromcomparativ e to ex v it ro and in vitro roo ting ex periments , the results showed that in the treatment o f ex vitro ro otingthe tr ansplant surviv al rate wa s 97.4 %~ 100% , and o nly 77.8% in the trea tment of in v it ro r oo ting .
