- 利用50 、100、150、200、400 、600 Gy 六个剂量的60 Co-γ射线对敖汉苜蓿品种的种子进行处理, 以未处理的种子为对照。将试验的种子种在花盆里调查出苗率, 并于2004 年6 月移栽到大田。2004~ 2006 年连续三年对田间M1 代植株的株高和生物产量进行测定。结果表明:六个剂量的60 Co-γ射线处理后的种子出苗率均略低于对照;株高在处理间存在差异, 其中, 150 Gy 剂量与对照存在极显著差异, 400、100 和600 Gy 与对照之间存在显著差异, 各剂量处理之间无显著差异;生物产量在六个剂量的处理之间、处理与对照之间均没有达到显著性差异。
- Abstract:
- Using Ao ha n alfalfa of medicag o w as treated w ith 60Co-γray that the do se is 50, 100 , 150 , 200 , 400 , 600Gy was measured with comparable g ro up , taking the unsettled seed as the compa rison .The seed g rew in the flowerpot to inve stigate the rate of seedlings emerge nce , and transpla nted in June , 2004 to the t rial field .The height ofplan and the bio lo gical yield of M1 w ere measured in the continuously three y ear s w ith 2004 ~ 2006 year .The resultsshow ed af te r six do sag e 60 Co-γthe processing seed r ate of seedling s eme rgence slig htly w as lower than thecompariso n.Height of plant saved the difference in processing , 150 Gy dosage w ith the comparison subsist extremelyrema rkable difference , between 400 , 100 and 600 Gy and the compariso n has the remarkable differ ence , betweenv arious dosage processing haven’t r ema rkable diffe rence ;The bio log ical yield be tw een six do sag e , pro ce ssingand the compariso n hasn’t achieved the remarkable difference .
