- 以绥李3 号为试材, 运用改良干重法, 研究了绥李3 号在自然条件下不同枝型叶片的净光合速率和光合产物的输出速率。结果表明:(1)绥李3 号新梢成龄叶片平均净光合速率为26.03 mg ·dm-2·h -1 , 光合产物的输出速率(C02)为8.51 mg ·dm -2·h -1 , 光合产物约有1/ 3 输出;(2)新梢叶片制造和输出的光合产物高于其它枝型叶片, 是树体发育和养分积累的主要来源, 具有一定数量的新梢是树体健壮的标志;(3)库-源关系的作用力能够同时提高绥李3 号叶片的净光合速率和光合输出速率, 其中对光合产物输出方面的提高作用更显著。

- Using Suili No .3 a s ex pe rimental material , the study o f net pho to sy nthesis ve locity and output velo cityof product of photo sy nthesis of leaves of diffe rent branche s in natural co nditio n by impro ving dry-weighting methodw as conducted.The results w ere that :(1)Averag e net photo sy nthesis v elo city(CO2)of adult leav es of yo ungbranches was 26 .03 mg ·dm -2·h -1 , output velocity of product o f pho to sy nthe sis w as 8 .51 mg ·dm -2·h -1 , abo utone third product of pho tosy nthesis wa s o utput ;(2)Ne t pho tosynthesis velo city of leaves of yo ung branches w ashigher tha n that of leaves o f o ther branches ;(3)The function o f sink so ur ce ra tio could improve the net pho tosynthesisvelocity a nd o utput velo city o f pro ducts o f pho to sy nthe sis of leaves , and the function on the la tte r was moreno table.
