摘要:
黑龙江是我国重要的畜牧业生产基地, 草地资源丰富。由于受自然灾害和人类活动的影响, 草地退化严重、草原面积锐减、系统服务功能下降。对黑龙江省草地生态系统现状以及保护建设工作所取得的成就进行了详细的总结, 同时探讨了黑龙江省草地生态系统保护和建设的策略。提出:树立“ 立草为业”思想, 加深对草地生态系统功能的认识;加强对草地生态系统的基础和应用研究建立;健全草地生态系统开发利用保障体系;明确草地生态系统保护、建设目标, 建立草地恢复建设技术;切实加强法制管理, 坚决制止各种非持续利用形式的草地生态系统保护建设策略。
Abstract:
Heilongjiang pro vince which has rich g rassland re so urce is one o f the most impor tant sto ckbreeding basesin our country .The g rassland has heavily deg raded because o f natural disaster s and huma n activities .The ar eaof g rassland decreased sharply and functions o f g r assland eco sy stem descended .The current status of g rassland ecosy stem , g rassland pr otectio n and co nstr uctio n achiev ements we re summarized in this pape r .S trategies of g rasslandeco sy stem pr otectio n and co nstr uctio n we re :Establish thoug ht of "se t up prataculture as a family pr ope rty "and streng then the under sta nding o f g ra ssland eco sy stem functio n.Strengthen the basic researches o n the eco systemof g rassland.Set up and amplify security sy stem o f develo pment and utilization o f g rassland ecosy stem .Definethe object of gr assland eco sy stem pro tection and co nstr uctio n, se t up rebuilding technology of deg raded eco system.Streng then leg al management system , pr eventing g rassland f rom illogical utilizing firmly .
