莲叶秋海棠组培快繁技术

- 介绍了莲叶秋海棠的组织培养快繁技术体系, 外植体采用莲叶秋海棠植株上部新叶, 初代培养以MS +6-BA2.0 mg ·L-1 +NAA0.2 mg ·L-1 为培养基, 继代培养基采用MS +6-BA0.5 mg ·L-1 +NAA0 .1 mg ·L-1 , 生根培养用无激素的MS 培养基, 移栽基质选用腐殖土+有机质+河沙(1 ∶1 ∶1), 成活率高, 可获得大批无性繁殖系, 为莲叶秋海棠的规模化生产以及育种研究提供技术平台。
