摘要:
我国农村社会保险事业开展十几年来, 取得了一些成绩。但在经济体制转轨的过程中, 农村保险制度存在的弊端已明显暴露出来, 农村保险处于低谷状态, 阻碍了社会主义新农村建设的进程。通过对当前农村社会经济发展调查、农村社会保险现状的分析及借鉴国外农村保险的先进经验, 构建出农村社会保险的新模式。针对合作保险组织这种新模式的实施、基金筹集、管理机制及运行机制进行了相关思考。
Abstract:
Our country country side social insurance enterprise dev elops fo r several y ears , it has o btained some achievements .But in the economic sy stem switcher pro cess , the malpractice of the country side insurance sy stem exposed obvio usly .It hinder ed the socialism new rural reconstructio n advancement .Through develo pment investig ationof cur rent so cial economy , curr ent situation analy sis of count ryside social insurance and advanced ex pe rienceof o versea country side , the new model wa s constructed.The ar ticle discussed several aspects o f the new modelsuch as implement , fund collectio n, manag ement mechanism , opera tion mechanism , e tc
