- 利用超声波辐照绿豆种子, 对种子进行发芽速度与发芽质量的测定。结果表明, 超声辐照对绿豆种子萌发的影响不仅与辐照频率、辐照时间有关, 而且与辐照后的放置时间、辐照次数有重要关系;不同辐照频率、不同辐照时间对绿豆种子的萌发有不同程度的促进作用, 而且辐照后的放置时间越短、辐照次数越多(在一定程度下),发芽质量越高。
- Abstract:
- The determina tion of seed g ermination r ate and ge rminatio n quality was co nducted under the co ndition ofultr aso nic ir radiatio n.The results indica ted the effect of ultra so und irradiation o n the seed no t o nly related with irradiation f requency , irr adia tion time , but also clo se related with standing time af te r irr adia tion and ir radiatio ntimes .I n the certain ex tent, the sho rter standing time a nd the mo re time s o f ir radiatio n, the higher quality of ge rmination .
