- 选用9 只2 .5 岁的小尾寒羊羯羊为试验动物, 进行了秸秆分解剂处理玉米秸秆的消化代谢试验。9 只小尾寒羊羯羊随机分为试验组和对照组, 其中试验组6 只, 饲喂用秸秆分解剂处理过的玉米秸秆, 对照组3 只, 饲喂不经分解剂处理的玉米秸秆。预试期10 d, 正试期10 d 。试验结果表明:经秸秆分解剂处理过的玉米秸秆的DM 、OM 、CP 、NDF 和ADF 的表观消化率均有所增加, 其中DMD 和 OMD 分别增加了7 .28 %和7 .26%(分别提高了4.66 和4.55 个百分点), 试验组和对照组的差异显著(P <0.05);NDFD 和ADFD 分别增加了12.44 %和9 .95 %(分别提高了6.75 和4.72 个百分点), 试验组和对照组的差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明, 使用秸秆分解剂后, 小尾寒羊对玉米秸秆的表观消化率显著提高, 从而可大量利用玉米秸秆, 大大节约饲养成本, 提高经济效益。

- 9 litter-tail suckling sheep o f 2 .5-yea r o ld w ere selected to ca rry o n straw r eso lve digestio n metabo lic te st .9 litter-tail suckling sheep were div ided into 2 g ro ups at random :te st gr oup and contrast g roup .There w ere 6 lambs in test gr oup, which fed by maize st raw fe rmented by straw splitter and 3 lambs in co nt rast gr oup w hich fed by maize straw .This test la sted 20 day s, the fo rmer 10 day s wa s prepara tion time and the latter 10 day s wa s ex pe rimental time .The re sults show ed that appa rent digestio n rate of DM , OM , CP, NDF a nd ADF in maize str aw that we re processed by splitte r inc reased , DM D and OM D increased by 73.28% and 7 .26%, respectively (impr oved by 4.66 and 4.55 pe rce ntag e points , re spectively), the difference between test g ro up and co ntrast g ro up w as sig nificant (P <0.05), NDFD and ADFD increased by 12.44 % and 9 .5 %, respectively (impro ved by 6.75 and 4.72 per centag e points, respectively), the difference between the 2 g ro ups was ex tremely rema rkable (P <0.01).The results abo ve indica ted tha t the apparent dig estion rate of little-tail suckling sheep inc reased no tably after using maize straw split ter , thus w e could utilize the maize str aw in a lar ge amo unt , eco nomize the raise cost g reatly and increase economic benefit .
