玉米籽粒灌浆、脱水速率的相关与通径分析

- 试验选用9 份自交系, 按格列芬双列杂交方法Ⅱ 设计, 对玉米灌浆速率、脱水速率及其主要性状进行相关和通径分析。结果表明:单株产量与灌浆速率呈正相关:第Ⅲ 期灌浆速率>第Ⅱ 期灌浆速率>第Ⅰ 期灌浆速率。灌浆速率与穗粒数、行粒数、穗长、百粒重、容重、穗粗、穗行数呈正相关。对产量正向直接通径系数:穗粒数>第Ⅲ 期灌浆速率>出苗到抽丝日数>第Ⅰ 期灌浆速率>百粒重>第 Ⅱ 期灌浆速率>灌浆持续期。自然脱水速率与穗轴脱水速率、苞叶脱水速率呈正相关, 与包叶面积、苞叶含水量、籽粒宽、穗轴粗、籽粒长度、穗长、穗粗、行粒数、灌浆持续期呈负相关显著。对自然脱水速率直接通径系数正向值最大是苞叶脱水速率, 负向值最大是苞叶含水量, 其次是百粒重。
- Abstract:
- Nine inbred lines were used to mating cr osse s by Griffing’s desig n Ⅱ , the cor rela tion with yie ld were analy zed. The main results wer e a s fo llow s:it show ed that g rain filling rate , dry-down r ate had hig h co rr elation w ith main ag ro nomy traits. Grain filling rate had po sitive co rrelatio n with plant yie ld. The cor rela tive co efficients w as hig her at stage Ⅲ than tha t o f a t stag e Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ. Grain filling r ate w as positive co rr elated w ith ke rnels o n each ear , ke rnels per row , ear leng th, 100-g rain weight , vo lume weig ht , ear diame te r and row s in each ear in sequence. Plant yie ld had positive direct pa th coefficient to kernels per ea r , g rain filling r ate at stage III , day s to silk, gr ain filling ra te at stage I , 100- g rain weig ht , g rain filling rate at stage II , dur able time of g rain filling in sequence. Kernel natural drydown ra te w as po sitiv ely co r relative w ith ea r stalk dry-dow n ra te , husk dry-dow n rate and sig nificant neg ativ e co rr elatio n with the ear tr aits. The bigg est positive path coefficient to natural dry-dow n r ate Husk dr y down rate had , the bigg est nega tive pa th coefficient was husk w ater content followed by 100- g rain weight.
