- 稻瘟病是北方水稻的主要病害, 选育抗病品种是防治稻瘟病最经济有效的措施。微卫星DNA 分子标记为辅助选育抗稻瘟病水稻新品种和抗性鉴定提供了新的方法和手段。阐述SSR 对水稻抗稻瘟病研究的作用, 介绍SS R 的机理和方法, 为今后抗稻瘟病的分子遗传机理奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- Rice blast disease , caused by Py ricularia g risea Sacc. , is the most destructiv e diseases in no r theast. Breeding resistant cultiv ar s is the most effectiv e and eco nomical w ay to co ntrol this disea se. Micr o satellites DNA (SSR ) marker is a new method to select new r esista nt varieties to rice blast. Principles and the me tho d of SS R marker w ere introduced , and the development of resistance to rice blast by SS R ma rke r metho d w as also discussed. It provided the basis fo r molecular hereditary mechanism o f rice blast.
