- 试验结果表明, 硝基苯浓度达到27 倍(0. 34 mg /L)以上对水稻发芽产生明显影响, 致使芽率下降。不同浓度的硝基苯对不同品种的发芽率影响不显著。随着浓度的增加, 同一品种株高基本呈降低趋势, 根数、叶片与对照差异显著。
- Abstract:
- The result of experiment showed :effect o f Nitrobenzene o n ge rminatio n wa s very lar ge when concentra tion ra te w as 27 (0. 34 mg /L), germination of rice decreased. Effect of different concentration on ge rminatio n rate of diffe rent cultivar s w as not la rge. The plant height tendency o f the same cultiv ar dec reased when co ncentra tion was up. The diffe rence of r oo t numbe r and leave s w ith CK w as la rge.
