大花卷丹和卷丹的核型研究

摘要:
利用染色体常规压片法, 对辽宁省产大花卷丹和卷丹百合种进行了核型研究。结果如下:①大花卷丹BH31 (L. leicht lini i var. max imowiczi i Baker. )核型公式为2n =4m(2SA T)+10st +10t ;②卷丹BH15 (L. lanci f ol ium Thunb. )核型公式为2n =6m(3SA T)+12st +15t +3T 。它们不仅在染色体数目、相对长度、臂比和次缢痕数目及其分布有区别, 而且核型类型也不同。大花卷丹的核型为3A 型, 卷丹的核型为3B 型。
Abstract:
The karyo ty pes of L. leicht lini i var . ma ximowicz ii Baker. and L. lanci folium Thunbw hich f rom Liaoning Province w ere studied. The resul ts show ed the kary oty pe equatio ns of L.leicht lini i var. max imowiczi i Baker. and L. lanci f ol ium Thunb. w as 2n =4m(2SA T)+10st +10t and 2n =6m(3SAT)+12st +15t +3T , respectively . There were differences not o nly in ch romosomenumber , relat ive leng th , secondary const itut ion number and thei r distinct ion , but also inkary oty pe between them. The kary otype of L. leicht lini i var. maximowiczi i Baker. w as 3A ,and the kary oty pe of L. lanci f olium Thunb w as 3B.
