- 花粉植株中, 一般比较健壮的植株染色体较易自然加倍, 而比较细弱的植株自然加倍率则较低。据此, 在分蘖期根据花粉植株的生长发育状况, 把健壮的、茎粗和叶宽与种子植株相近或接近的材料选出来使其自然加倍, 对较弱的植株进行药物处理染色体加倍, 自然加倍与药物处理加倍技术相结合, 不仅节省了人力物力, 还大幅度提高了花培后代的加倍率和结实率。
- Abstract:
- In the pol len plant , it is easy to do uble chromosome of st rong seedling , but i t is diff icultto double chromo some of w eak seedling .Accordingly , we used medical methods o r natural methodsto double chromosome of different seedling at tillering stage .Not only could we economize manpow erand material resources , but also increase doubling chromosome and seed rate of pollen plant .
