- 吹泡稠度仪是测定小麦粉面团流变学的一种先进仪器, 能快速准确测定小麦的内在品质。本试验利用该仪器对克旱19 等24 个品种材料进行分析评价。试验结果表明:克旱19 、克00 - 780 、克丰10 号、龙麦26 、克00 - 1153 、克02 - 368 、克02 - 1331 、垦红14 , 品质性状好, 属于强筋类品种;克丰9 号, 克00 - 2072 各项指标符合弱筋标准, 为弱筋类品种;而小麦克01 - 3513 , 克02 - 850 属于中筋类品种。与常规分析比较, 在三个品质类型判断与评价方面呈相同趋势。说明吹泡稠度仪在品质分析中具有快速准确的优点。该方法在小麦品质育种中具有很高的应用价值。
- Abstract:
- Alveo graph NG Consistog raph is a kind o f advanced inst rument to determine the w heatflo ur pasta rheolo gy. It can de termine w heat’ s intrinsic quality. The inst rument w as used to analyze and evaluate the quality of 24 w heat varieties. In this ex periment , the result s indicated that ,the quality of Kehan 19 , Ke 00 - 780 , Kefeng 10 , longmai 26 , Ke 00 - 1153 , Ke 02 - 368 , Ke 02- 1331 , Kenhong 14 w as goo d and belonged to the stro ng gluten varieties ;kefeng 9 , Ke 00 -2072 belo ng ed to weak gluten variety Ke 01 - 3513 , Ke 02 - 850 belo ng to the medium g lulen varieties ;Compared wi th conventional analy sis , the same tendency w as fo und in three qualit ie sty pes. It suggested that Alveo graph NG Consistog raph have the fast and accurate meri t in thequality analy sis. Thi s method can be used in w heat breading .
