- 选用甸骨11A 及其导入比例不同热带种质的热导选系和热带种质占25 %比例姊妹系共9份材料, 以早大黄、红玉米为测验种, 采用二因素试验设计, 测定了甸骨11A 热导系杂交组合的产量和对照优势、农艺性状及自交系农艺性状。结果表明:同一自交系在不同的测验种间表现不同。若用“甸骨11A ×早大黄”模式则采用Ev t5 导入甸骨11A 选系效果较好;若用“甸骨11A ×红玉米”模式, 则用suw an1 导入甸骨11A 选系杂交种产量高。suw an1 导入甸骨11A 的比例以12 .5 %~ 50 %为宜, 其中25 %的导入比例综合效果较理想。在suw an1 导入甸骨11A 占25 %的3 个姊妹系间, 其杂交种产量和农艺性状及自交系本身的主要性状均有较大差异, 表明在导入遗传基础较广泛的热带种质的选系中, 保持一定数量的姊妹系是有益的。

- Nine material s w ere selected including Dian 11 and it s int roduced lines wi th differentt ropic ge rmplasm , dif fe rent t ropic germplasm propo rtio n and the sister lines w ith 25 pe rcentaget ropic ge rmplasm , Taking Zaodahuang and Hongy umi fo r test v ariet ies , the y ield , comparativepredominance and agro nomy t rai ts o f cross combinations of lines formed by int ro ducing t ropicgermplasm into Dian 11 are tested through tw o -facto r test design , ag ronomy t rai ts of inbredlines we re also tested .The result s indicate that :same inbred line show ed dif fe rent ly among differenttest va rieties .T o introduce Evt5 into Dian11 inbred line s co uld get go od resul ts if ado pt ingthe mode“ Dian 11 ×Zaodahuang” , to introduce Suw an1 into Dian11 inbred lines co uld get highhy brid yield if adopt ing the mo de“Dian 11 ×Hongyumi” , of the Suw an1 pro po rtio n in Dian11f rom 12 .5 % to 75 %, 12 .5 %~ 50 %w as moderate , 25 % show ed the best general result s .Therewere significant dif fe rences among three si ster lines (25 % Suw an1 )in thei r hy brids’yield , agronomyt rai t s and main characteri stics of inbred lines , It w as benef it to co ntain some numbers ofsister lines in inbred lines w hen intro ducing t ro pic germplasm w ith broad genet ic backg round .
