- 着重论述了绿色食品的产生背景、发展概况及其标准体系中各类别标准的特点及在保证绿色食品产品质量方面所起的作用, 同时指出了我国目前绿色食品标准体系中存在的不足之处。最后, 概略介绍了黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展情况, 并对黑龙江省绿色食品产业今后的发展进行了展望。本文对读者了解绿色食品、无公害食品和有机食品的联系与差别, 了解绿色食品的本质特征, 把握黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展思路, 都会起到积极的指导作用。

- Thi s ar ticle made an int roductio n o f g reen fo od backg ro und and it s develo pment .Pointedout the characteri stics and def iciency of g reen food standard sy stem and their impact in assuringthe green food product s quali ty .Brief ly , it int roduced the developing condi tion of Heilongjianggreen fo od indust ry and made some prospect s on i ts promo ting in future .This article cont ributedthe reader to realize the basic character o f g reen food , the relatio nship and the dif fe rence be tw eennuisance -f ree and o rganic fo od , w hich could help us catch the oppo rtuni ty and develo pment direction , and play a key role in the developing of g reen food industry of Heilongjiang province .
