- 选3 种不同基因型的辣椒(Capsicum annuum L. )材料, 建立了辣椒高频离体再生体系, 试验结果表明:芽分化的最适培养基为:MS +6 - BA 5 mg /L +I AA 0. 2 mg /L ;芽伸长的最适培养基为MS +6 - BA 5 mg /L +I AA 0. 2 mg /L +GA3 2 mg /L ;生根的最适培养基为MS +NAA 0. 1mg /L , 当植株长到10 ~ 12 片叶时, 进行移栽。
- Abstract:
- Using the three dif ferent genotype s of the pepper as e xperimental materials. A rapid andef ficient in vit ro regeneration sy stem of pepper w as e stablished. The result s as fo llow s :the opt imumshoo t inducing medium is MS +6 - BA 5 mg /L +IAA 0. 2 mg /L , the optimum shoo t ex tentioninducing medium is MS +6 - BA 5 mg /L +I AA 0. 2 mg /L +GA3 2 mg /L , the optimum rootinducing medium is MS +NAA0. 1 mg /L. When the plant heig ht is 10 - 12cm , They can bet ransptanted.
