- 通过对第二积温带品种(系)的品质理化指标与裂纹米率关系的研究, 结果表明裂纹米率与长宽比、整精米率呈极显著负相关, 与糙米率、直链淀粉含量不相关, 与蛋白质含量、胶稠度呈显著负相关;裂纹米的发生与品种(系)本身遗传有关, 品种之间达极显著差异;对寒地水稻裂纹米率影响较大的是稻谷的胶稠度、长宽比, 而整精米率影响较小。
- Abstract:
- The relations between chemical and phy sical datum o f six teen varieties and crackle-ricewere studied . The result s indicated that the relatio ns we re si saificanf ly neg ative correlatio n between crackle-rice and the ratio of leng th and w idth , head milled rice , consistency and proteincontent . The relatio n w as no t remarkable betw een crackle-rice and milled rice rate , and it’s relatedto amy lose content o cclenence. Producing mechanism of crabbed rice w as related to g eneticcharacter of variety , and the difference w as sig nif icant amo ng varie ties. Occurrence of crackle-ricew as influenced by the ratio of leng th to w idth , co nsi stency , and the influence of head milled riceon it w as small.
