- 以高淀粉玉米、糯玉米和甜玉米为试验材料,研究了氮肥施用量对春玉米穗位叶蔗糖降解的 影响。结果表明,自吐丝后7~49 d 之内,子粒中蔗糖含量呈单峰曲线变化,但峰值出现的时间因 品种和施氮量而异,吐丝28 d,东甜4号最高,东农早粘次之,四单19最低;淀粉含量在吐丝后49 d 之内一直处于增加的趋势,不同品种和施氮量表现并不一致,东甜4号和东农早粘以 N100处理最 佳,四单19以 N200处理表现最好,由此说明氮肥施用不足或过量均影响淀粉的积累;SS 呈单峰 曲线变化,在吐丝后21d 前逐渐上升,到吐丝21d 达到高峰,之后缓慢下降,自吐丝后35 d 下降迅 速,但高氮处理下降速度慢于低氮处理。
- Abstract:
- High- starch content, wax and sweet maize were used to study the effect of nitrogen u-tilization on sucrose decomposition in spike leaf. The result indicated sucrose content changed assingle apex curre during 7 t0 49 days after flower. The date of appearance of apex was differentaccording to maize varieties and nitrogen dosage. The sucrose content of DT4 was the largest,and DNZN was second and SD19 was least. Starch content increased all along during 49 days afterflower, which were different dependent on maize varieties and nitrogen dosage, and DT4 andDNZN got the largest at the treatment of Nl00, SD19 get the largest at N200. SS changed as sin-gle apex which appeared at 21 days after flower, and SS decreased rapidly after 35days. The de-creasing ratio of dcrease of high- nitrogen dosage was lower than that of low- nitrogen dosage.
