- 本试验针对黑龙江省东部淀粉加工企业常用的四个高淀粉中早熟玉米品种, 分析其在授粉后18 ~ 63 d 时淀粉积累动态, 探索高淀粉玉米淀粉积累的规律, 为种植户提高和稳定玉米淀粉产量及高淀粉玉米育种提供理论依据。研究结果表明:各品种在第18 ~ 63 d 的灌浆过程中, 淀粉的积累呈上升趋势, 而积累的速率呈下降趋势。第18 ~ 23 d 淀粉积累速率最快, 第28 ~ 48 d 增长速率较平缓;各品种在授粉后第18 ~ 63 d , 淀粉的积累呈不对称的S 曲线, 采用了logistic 曲线分别得到不同的回归方程, 通过相关系数法测验判断回归方程成立。
- Abstract:
- 4 high starch content and early ripenning corn cult ivars , w hich w ere used commo nly by the starch enterpri ses in the east o f Heilo ng jiang pro vince , w ere tested to analy sis the accumulated performance of starch co ntent [ SC] during the stage s o f 18 ~ 63 days af ter silk and compared wi th the yield to develo p the potent iali ty o f SC in o rder to propose basic data fo r the farme rs to increase the starch yield stably and fo r the co rn breeders. The test resulted :During the period of 18 ~ 63 days af ter silk the test materials perfo rmed increase in SC and decrease in the accumulation rate o f starch. The starch accumulate rate w as the fastest at the period o f 18 ~ 23 day s and then decreased stable in the stage 28 ~ 48 day s :During the period of 18 ~ 63 days af ter si lk the starch accumulatio n performed as a “S” curve and a lo gistic reg ression equatio n could be used to describe the law o f the starch accumulation.
