- 以省内主要栽培粳稻品种(品系)为研究对象, 用活体菌株接种法进行水稻品种稻瘟病抗性鉴定, 在人为控制的田间小气候下, 建立了一套发病系数高、简便实用、病圃容量大、鉴定结果可靠性强的稻瘟病鉴定方法。通过几年的抗性鉴定, 鉴定筛选出了一批利用价值较高的种质资源和新品系, 为加速实施水稻良种化工程奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- The rice blast vaccine inoculat ion method w as adopted to identify the blast resistance of ricev arieties (lines)cultivated in Heilong jiang province .The field microclimate w as artificially controlledin order to create a set of measure of higher incidence of rice blast , easier operation , big ger capacity ofnursery and reliable identification result .In the last fewer years , w e screened a batch of germplasmw ith higher value of applicat ion , systemic material with well resistance and few varieties .
