木霉菌BTW4 1 孢子萌发的条件研究

- 木霉菌株BTW4 1 孢子在常见的碳源中(例葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉)并不能萌发, 但在蜜二糖中的萌发率很高, 24 h 达到了80 %;BTW4 1 对无机氮源的利用不好, 在蛋白胨、酵母汁中的萌发率极高。木霉菌株BTW4 1 萌发的最适温度条件是25 ~ 30 ℃, 在RH80 %以下时, 木霉菌孢子不萌发, 光照对BTW4 1 萌发的影响不大。
- Abstract:
- The spo re f rom BTW4 1 had less germination in common carbon nutrition(such as glucose ,sucrose and starch)but very high germination , w hich reached 80 %in melibiose nut rition in 24 hours.BTW4 1 w as dif ficult to use inorganic nit rogen for g row th , however its spore germination rate was highin solution containing peptone and yeast juice .There w as best grow th condition of Trichoderma at therange of 25 -30 ℃ , The spore of Trichoderma couldn’ t germinate at below RH80 %, however nomuch effect of illumination w as found on the Trichoderma spore germination
