- 近年来, 航天诱变育种已成为空间生命科学研究方面的重要内容之一。国内外利用航天诱变育种技术培育了粮食作物、经济作物、花卉及抗生菌等高产优质新品种(系)。经过卫星搭载, 生物在高真空、微重力、强辐射及其他因素的综合作用下产生了变异, 也可激活细胞中的转座子, 使生物发生突变。航天诱变育种技术开创了育种的又一新途径。
- Abstract:
- In the past few years , spaceflig ht mutation breeding has become a big characteristic in thestudy of space life science .A lot of new hig h -produced and well qualitative cereals , f low ers and antibiotics have been bred by the technique of spaceflight mutation breeding home and abroad .The variations are produced in many organisms t ravelled by satellite by means of the comprehensive ef fect likehigh vacuum , microgravity , insense radiation and so on .Recently a new kind of mutagenic mechanismw as found , w hich is theory of t ransposon .Transposon is activiated and the mutatio n happens in theo rganism .Spaceflig ht mutation breeding opens up a new way for the breeding .
