摘要:
玉米蛋白粉中所含蛋白质主要是玉米醇溶蛋白。近年来随着对玉米醇溶蛋白研究的深入,它的应用范围逐步扩大。本文着重介绍了玉米醇溶蛋白的几种提取方法,同时根据它独具的特性,在涂膜剂、可食性薄膜、粘结剂、渐释性制剂等应用方面作相应的阐述。
Abstract:
The main protein in co rn albumen powder i s zein. Recently , wi th dev elopment of deep research in zein, it s applica tion rang e is g radually enla rg ed. Some new w ays of ex t racting zeins a re int ro duced in th e paper, and the applicatio n o f fi lm coating , edible fi lm binder and g radual release prepara tion are cor respondingly elabo rated according to i ts peculiar na tures.
