- 本试验利用113个寒地粳稻品种,研究了粒肥对寒地粳稻碾磨和外观品质特性的影响。结果表明,粒肥对糙米率、精米率、整精米率、心白率和腹白率的影响较大,并且对中、晚熟品种的影响大于早熟品种。粒肥使糙米率、粒宽、腹白率降低,而使精米率、整精米率、粒长、长宽比和心白率升高。

- 113 Ja ponica rice v arieties f rom cold zo ne w ere used in thi s ex periment to study theef fect of granula r fer ti li zer on the mi lled and ph ysical quali ty pro perties. The resul ts show ed thatthe effect s of g ra nular fertili zer on BR, M R, HR, WC and WB w ere big , and the parameters ofthe middle and late ty pes w ere bigg er than tho se of the early. Granular ferti li zer low ered BR,GW a nd WB, but increased M R, HR, GL, GS and WC.
