- 通过对黑龙江省1985~ 1998年间种植面积在1. 0万hm2 以上的玉米品种,占玉米播种面积 80%以上的玉米杂交种及亲本的分析发现,全省在80年代应用以吉单101、四单8号、东农248为主,主要种质集中在甸11、Bup44、东46、东237、吉63、吉818、大黄46等一批骨干自交系,进入90 年代后逐渐转向应用以四单19、本育9号、龙单13为主,种质基础以MO17亚群、综合种选亚群系为主。亲本过度集中,种质基础狭窄的问题越来越突出,在遗传上存在较大的脆弱性和病害突发的隐患,并提出突破育种“瓶颈”应加强基础种质扩增、改良与创新的相应对策。
- Abstract:
- The mai ze hy brids with planting a rea ov er 10000 hm2 in Heilong jiang province in 1985~ 1998 and thei r parents w ere analyzed. The result show ed tha t the germplasm sources of the leading hybrids Jidan 101, Sidan 8 and Dong nong 248 in 1980 ’s w ere mainly Dian11, Bup44, Dong 46, Do ng237, Ji63, Ji818 and Dahuang 46 etc. and it co ncent rated on the inbreds come f rom Mo17 and sy nthetic populatio n accompanied the hybrids Sidan19, Benyu9 and Longdan13 excessiv e increasing in 1990 ’s. The co rresponding countermeasure of larging , modifing and crcating germplasm w as adv ocatedto av oid f ragility in inheri tance and hidden danger of plant di seases owing to excessive concent rated paents.
