- 为明确44%2甲·双氟·唑悬乳剂对东北地区春小麦田一年生阔叶杂草的防除效果、最佳用量及对小麦的安全性。采用随机区组试验设计方法,连续两年进行田间药效试验。结果表明,44%2甲·双氟·唑悬乳剂有效成分用量211.5~352.5 mL·hm-2在小麦平均叶龄4叶期,尚未拔节,阔叶杂草2叶期至4叶期,二次稀释后茎叶喷雾,对小麦田藜、反枝苋、卷茎蓼、苍耳、龙葵防效良好。施药后30 d杂草总草株数防效2023年为84.3%~90.9%,2024年为84.7%~93.5%;鲜重防效2023年为85.1%~92.2%,2024年为86.2%~94.9%,整体综合防效较好至良好;药后14和28 d对小麦安全性观察,各处理区小麦叶色、株高及生长状态均正常,未见对其他生物及周边作物产生影响;与空白对照相比增产显著,2023年增产率为49.14%~66.00%,2024年为52.75%~68.74%。综合用药成本及防效考虑,推荐有效成分用量为282.0~352.5 mL·hm-2。
- Abstract:
- In order to determine the weed control effect, optimal dosage and safety of compound of 44% MCPA-isooctyl·florasulam·carfentrazone-ethyl SE on spring wheat fields in Northeast China. The randomized block experimental design was used to conduct field efficacy test. The results showed that 211.5-352.5 mL·ha-1 of 44% MCPA-isooctyl·florasulam·carfentrazone-ethyl SE was applied by stem and leaf spray method when the average leaf age of wheat was 4 leaf stage, and had good control effect on Chenopodium album L., Amarathus retroflexus L., Fallopia convolvulus L., Xanthium strumarium L., Solanum nigrum L.. The total control efficacy of weeds after application of the pesticide were 84.3%-90.9% in 2023 and 84.7%-93.5% in 2024; the fresh weight control efficacy were 85.1%-92.2% in 2023 and 86.2%-94.9% in 2024. Overall, the comprehensive control efficacy was good to excellent. Observation on the safety of the drug on wheat after 14 days and 28 days showed that the leaf color, plant height and growth status of wheat in each treatment area were all normal, and no adverse effects on other organisms or surrounding crops were observed. Compared with the blank control area, the yield increase rate was significantly higher, ranging from 49.14% to 66.00% in 2023 and from 52.75% to 68.74% in 2024. Considering the cost and efficacy of the drug, the recommended dosage of active ingredient is 282.0-352.5 mL·ha-1.
