- 为研究高效繁育密枝红叶李的方法,确定密枝红叶李适宜的嫩枝扦插方法,以密枝红叶李一年生嫩枝为试验材料,插穗经不同浓度激素处理后扦插在不同基质中,测定插穗愈伤组织数、生根数、生根率与根系生长情况等指标。结果表明,密枝红叶李插穗的生根过程属于愈伤组织生根型;影响密枝红叶李扦插效果的主要因素是激素类型,其次是激素浓度,最后是基质类型;密枝红叶李采用1 000 mg·kg-1的ABT1处理插穗后在1∶1的椰糠与珍珠岩混合基质中扦插效果最好。ABT1、NAA、IBA 处理均能够显著提高密枝红叶李嫩枝扦插的各项生长指标,其中ABT1处理的效果最好,IBA次之,NAA最差。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore efficient propagation methods for Prunus cerasifera‘MiZhi’ and determine the optimal softwood cutting technique, one-year-old softwood shoots of the plant were used as experimental materials. Cuttings were treated with different hormone concentrations and inserted into various substrates. Indicators such as callus formation, root number, rooting rate, and root growth were measured.The research results showed that, the rooting process of P. cerasifera‘MiZhi’cuttings belonged to the callus-rooting type. The main factor affecting the cutting effect of P. cerasifera‘MiZhi’ was the type of hormone, followed by the hormone concentration, and finally the type of substrate. The best cutting effect was achieved when the cuttings were treated with ABT1 of 1 000 mg·kg-1 and then inserted into a 1∶1 mixture substrate of coco coir and perlite. Treatments with ABT1, NAA, and IBA can significantly improved various growth indicators of P. cerasifera‘MiZhi’ cuttings among these, ABT1 showed the highest efficacy, followed by IBA, with NAA being the least effective.
